Where do you find your products?
Currently our items are sourced from a few different places but there's about to be a big overhaul to the site. We're going out with the old, in with the new! I have some exciting news about the new products we will have! 

I have partnered up with independent artisans throughout the United States to bring you the best hand-crafted goods that are sure to be top quality! Not only does this help support small businesses locally, but it allows me to share with you some pretty uniquely stupendous items! 

If you are an artisan in the United States and are interested in having your items on Stupendous Sales, please contact us. We would be happy to discuss the details with you. 

How long will products be available?
We will keep items on Stupendous Sales as long as the artisan is able to keep making them. If we run out on Stupendous Sales, we'll try to restock them as soon as possible unless they are no longer available. If there's a specific item you are looking for that you can't find, please contact us and I would be happy to get more information for you about the likelihood of the item returning to the shop.  

If I place an order, can I cancel it? 
If you change your mind about an item or an order, please contact the Customer Service team directly. We are able to cancel orders as long as the items have not shipped — however, items that are customized or made-to-order may be subject to special approval.

How much is shipping?
Orders totaling $0.00 - $25.00 = $4.95
Orders totaling $25.01 - $50.00 = $6.95
Orders totaling $50.01 - $75.00 = $8.95
Orders totaling $75.01 - $100.00 = $10.95
Orders totaling $100.01 - $150.00 = $12.95
Orders totaling $150.01 - $200.00 = $14.95
Orders totaling $200.01 - $250.00 = $16.95
Orders totaling $250.01 - $300.00 = $18.95
Orders totaling $300.01 - $350.00 = $19.95
Orders totaling $350.01 - $400.00 = $21.95
Orders totaling $400.01 - $500.00 = $22.95
Orders totaling $500.01+ = $24.95

Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are delivered with an additional charge.

International Customers - I'm sorry we don't ship outside of the US at this time but hope to in the future! 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

For express checkout we offer Apple Pay and PayPal Express.

Why won't my coupon code work while using Apple Pay?
You can only use discount codes with Apple Pay if you enter the discount code on the checkout page before clicking the Apple Pay button. 

How long does it take to receive my order?
Currently shipping times are 2-4 weeks. As soon as we make the switch to mostly US based sellers, our shipping times will be as follows, unless specifically stated on the description of an individual product. 

From the time you place your order, items are normally received in 7-10 business days to the US. Due to demand, please allow up to 2 weeks just to be safe. Some items may come sooner, but never longer. If you haven't received your order after 2 weeks, please contact us with your name and order number. 

For custom orders or made to order items, shipping times may vary. If this is the case, shipping times will be in the description of each item that doesn't follow our normal shipping guidelines.

Will my order be shipped in one package?
This entirely depends on which items you have ordered. Most of our products are shipped directly from the artisan, so depending on how many different artisans you are purchasing from, will determine how many packages you will receive. You will receive a shipping notification will tracking numbers for all packages. 

Help! I entered the wrong shipping address!
Please contact us right away. As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we should be able to switch the shipping address. 

What is your return policy?
Not happy with your purchase? We will do everything within our power to make things right. 

For custom or made to order items, these products are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Food and Beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. See our entire Return Policy here

What if I want something you don't currently have?
Feel free to contact us and we'll try our best to find what you are looking for! 

Should I create an Account?
Yes! When you login to your Stupendous Sales account, we can auto-populate all your important info during the checkout process. This means you won't have to re-enter your shipping address every time you order something stupendous! Plus, we'll keep you updated on all the stupendous goods we add each week. It's really a win-win situation!

What if I forget my password?
No worries, go here and you should be all set! If you're still having issues, don't hesitate to contact us.

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?
Simply click the unsubscribe button link from the email and head on over to email preferences. There you'll be able to choose between daily, weekly, occasional and zero updates from Stupendous Sales. Please keep in mind, it can take up to 5 days for our records to be fully updated, but from then on out we will follow your new email schedule. If you choose the "Unsubscribe" option, you will still maintain an account on Stupendous Sales that will allow you to shop and add to your wishlist by visiting the site directly. You can always subscribe again later to the e-mails if you change your mind.
